The St. Jude Lady Project
Dr. Mindy Kushniroff is not only a respected professor; she is the owner, founder, and CEO of The St. Jude Lady Organization and Project, a support entity dedicated to inspiring acts of generosity and compassion, particularly through support for St. Jude Children’s Hospital. This is a for‑profit project that donates all net proceeds to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
“We are not a nonprofit organization, but we donate 100% of profits to St. Jude.” Kushniroff explained. “Our staff and team members are all volunteers, we strive to keep our overhead low so every dollar donated goes to help those sick babies at St. Jude.”
Dr. Kushniroff is also the wife of the late Tony Kushniroff, who had no idea he would soon be battling cancer when the two of them, moved by faith, made their unselfish decision to donate their entire estate to St. Jude. Less than three years later, Tony tragically succumbed to the very disease they never saw coming.

The St. Jude Lady Project’s mission is to share the story of Mindy and Tony’s journey from a moment of inspiration during an Alabama Band concert to a life-changing act of philanthropy.
